    Description

Real photograph postcard of a church building in Southbridge, Massachusetts, postmarked Globe Village, Southbridge, Mass. (year illegible, maybe 1912). The view, entitled M.E. Church, Southbridge, Mass., shows a large church building with a tall steeple set close by the street in a suburban neighborhood. The church, now known as the First United Methodist Church of Southbridge, still stands at 449 Main Street. (I drove by it six times this week, while going back and forth to the antiques show at Brimfield Acres in nearby Brimfield, Massachusetts.) The postcard is in good or better condition with only light wear and soiling. The photograph exhibits good or better tonal range and shows good or better detail. A nice Southbridge MA view!
