    Description

    PMG asleep at the switch on this one.  The note is actually a P 276A specimen #2, rather than the attribution listed on the holder.  And the grade seems to me to be too low.  Great margins all around, with the plate number in bright red centered in the top margin.  Beautiful paper w sharp corners.  No apparent defects.  Trophy piece at a big discount to CV=00.
