JAMESTOWN FOSTORIA AMBER 4 ICED TEA GOBLETS 6 1/8" PERFECT CONDITION

Description

Very nice set of 4 Fostoria Jamestown Amber Iced Tea Goblets which are in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, scratching or cloudiness.  These are beautiful glasses and in mint condition.  They measure 6 1/8 inches in height and are 3 7/8 inches in diameter at upper rim.  Jamestown is a very elegant pattern made by Fostoria from 1958-1982 and was extremely popular in all colors.  It has a swirled and paneled bowl with a heavy matching stem.  The base is heavy so glasses don't tip over and they are easy to hold and very durable.  These have never been washed in a dishwasher so they have no cloudiness or detergent residue.  I don't recommend putting Jamestown pieces in a dishwasher although many do.  In my opinion it increases the risk for chipping and scratching; and if you don't use a superior quality dishwasher detergent they can get cloudy or "etched" over time.  I have several sets of Jamestown in various colors since it was one of my favorite patterns.  Since I'm in the process of downsizing I decided to start selling off some of the sets in the colors I seldom use.  I have priced very reasonably.
All items I sell either come from or have been stored in a smoke free environment and are sold “as-is”.    I photograph and describe in detail to the best of my ability.

Note:  I no longer ship heavy or fragile items via USPS.  USPS routinely mishandles packages resulting in delayed delivery and higher than normal breakage and loss.  Fedex/UPS may be slightly more expensive; however they  handle packages quickly and carefully and are much more reliable and reputable in the unlikely event of damage or loss.
I will be glad to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs where feasible.  If you wish to make a multiple purchase please contact me before paying for items so I may figure correct shipping and send you an accurate invoice.  Packages are shipped with tracking and/or insurance.
