Condition:
This bill is in overall great condition.
It has the three standard, very mild
& hard to see, vertical fold marks.
There are NO rips or writing.
There IS some scotch tape
on the short ends (presumably from display)
which I will let the buyer remove if desired.

Overall great shape,
no noticeable gouges or scratches.
