Antique Cast Iron/Steel Industrial Scissor Arm Bracket Set,Very Unique Steampunk.
Super unique set of VERY old antique heavy industrial scissor brackets that were made in the united states and dated may of 1909,  amazing to think these are actually 112 years old.   These have heavy cast iron bases that will hold 4 screws for mounting and a commercial grade steel scissor arms.  There are unique brass/bronze arm hooks that pivot slightly up and down, and loop clips in some of the large grommets which i think would be for a cord.  There are some old wires inside the front tubes yet.  These would be fantastic with lighting mounted to them or whatever else someone may have in mind, sky's the limit.
These are in good mechanical condition and actually swivel about 355 degrees,  there is a tab that is moulded into the base to prevent a total 360 degree turn. They are very old and used industrially so there is ware and patina/ageing throughout.
The brackets are 8 3/4" inches wide when closed and extend to approximate 2' feet and 13 3/4" inches tall at the hook.
