    VINTAGE 1940s ICE CREAM SIGN
    Vintage lithograph paper poster sign measuring approximately 14" tall by 11" wide. Advertising CHERRY VANILLA ICE CREAM, it is not dated, but was printed in the 1940s, probably by GUNDLACH, CIN'TI, O, LITHO IN U.S.A. Designed to simply mount into a glass doored display, colors are vibrant and condition is great with no damage - it was folded neatly in the middle from original shipping and production - this is difficult to see. Never used or displayed, this is new old stock purchased from a defunct ice cream parlor in San Francisco, California. Simple, bold graphics are so festive in red and green - reminds me of Christmas! Think it would be a fun addition to any sign collection or display!
